This company does not give credits easily if they do at all.    First I emailed them for an RMA# to do my return and they told me I had to call to get one.   Then when I did call to get a RMA # they put me on hold for over 15 minutes to return and give me the # which is the same # as my customer # but with an R in front, so I is strange why it took over 15 minutes to get it (they wanted me to hang up) not only that, he was trying to get me to wait longer for the return so I wouldnt have to pay for shipping back (wanted me to forget about doing the return and then would be over the 60 day return policy).     

So I shipped the product back and they received it in March and I still have not seen a return on my credit card and now it is over 1 month later.    I called and asked and now they tell me that the RMA # is no good to see if the product was returned but they need the tracking number for canada post.   (which I through the paper out after I made sure it made it there).   Still waiting and probably will never receive my $400.00.  This company should be investagated.
