My Perfect Credit And First Credit Of America ripoff, dishonest fraudulent billing Carson City Nevada

I have been contacted by a company called First Credit of America on behalf of My Perfect Credit. They say I owe 59.95 to My Perfect Credit. I originally received a service from a company called Clear Credit when I purchased a 3 in 1 credit report from equifax in 2004. This account was free for a 30 day trial period. When it was Clear Credit I cancelled the service within the first week.

In Feb. of this year (2005) I got a e-mail from My Perfect Credit welcoming me to their company and telling me they couldn't process my credit card. I responded immediately and told them I did not sign up for this and that my Clear credit account was inactive along time ago.

I received a e-mail from perfect credit stating the account was cancelled and I owed nothing. Now I get calls from the collection agency First Credit of America stating I owe 59.95.

I contacted them and was treated so rude I didn't know what to do. The guy said my only resolution was to pay by check, cash or credit/debit. When I refused and stated I still had the e-mail confirming the cancellation he got beligerent with me and started yelling, at this point I hung up and went right to the internet where I discovered I am not the only one with this problem.

I have gotten a address to send the e-mail that confirmed my account cancellation to along with a letter I wrote to dispute this with First Credit of America. The address, which was given to my by My Perfect Credit, is a follows

I would suggest any of you who still have the email make a copy and write a letter and send to the above address. I also filed complaints with the BBB about both companies as well as a complaint to the Federal Trade Comission www.ftc.gov.
