My Storage Depot Grayston Enterprise Rob acts nice at first then he become totally not customer oriented, does not work with you. Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania

 Do not use these people.  Rob is a total rip off artist.  He acts like he cares and is sincere to get you in and when he has you, he treats you like s**t.  His contracts say the 9th the payment positively needs to be received but if you are late past the first. He sends letters that he adds late fee, certified fee and all.  He does not go by his contracts.  He does not work with you at all.  I would never use these people.  Plus he says climate control and the storage lockers are freezing.  He has no heat.  He is a liar.  BEWARE. 

Contract says if money not received postmarked by 9th of the month you will be charged a $25.00 late fee.  He does it the first of the month.  I don't know how he gets away with it.  There needs to be a lawsuit against him.

I know where you are coming from here.  They are not nice people to deal with.  I have had a lot of fallouts with Rob Grayston.  I paid my bills too.  If you want a good business you must treat people right and they dont.

"Won't work with you"  is actually code for "I'm not going to pay my bills on time and you should be fine with that, with no consequences.  Right?

SO WHY DON'T YOU JUST PAY HIM ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH WHEN THE PAYMENT IS DUE??? YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO HAVE EVERYONE "WORK WITH YOU".  WHATEVER THE REASON IS THAT YOU CAN'T/WON'T PAY IS NOT THEIR FAULT AND MOST LIKELY DIRECTLY LINKED TO YOUR OWN STUPIDITY.

The same type of guy who expects to get whatever service (like rental of a storage unit) that he wants but tries to get everyone to "work with him" on paying things would be the first one crying if his employer (or more likely for this type of mentality the foodstamp/welfare handout people) paid him one single day late and wanted him to just "work with them" for a while.   YOU WON'T DIE if you don't have a storage unit.  So, if you are going to have a hard time paying for it, just don't get a stupid storage unit!  Throw your junk away, sell it, or donate it.  Do you really need all of those Limited Edition Dukes of Hazzard collectors plates?
