My Vapor Clean I purchased a steam machine from my vapor clean on 1/22/15 in the amount of $624.00. broke. Petersburg Virginia

I purchased a steam machine from myvaporclean.com In January 2015. The first time I used it on my grout the attachment broke in my hand.  I tried calling the company for several days. Never got a answer or a call back.  I then sent an email which I got a response to email returns@myvaporclean.com.  To date I have not got a response from them.  Their website indicates you must fill out their form. A form that you cannot get to on the web.  I have spent several weeks trying to get this company to give me instructions on returning the machine.  My fear is my 30 day return run out and I will be stuck with a broken machine that I paid $ 624.00 for.
