MyAvana This company went GHOST. They are there but aren't there. Atlanta Georgia

     Myavana offers hair analysis services to recommend ideal products to use for successful hair care.  They claim to analyze hair strands received using a microscope in order to give expert recommendations.  They charge $75 dollars for this service.

    The consumer orders a hair collection kit online and they mail it to you with instructions on collection.  Once collected the strands are mailed in for analysis.  Once the samples are received you get this email on June 19, 2017:

     I have not heard or gotten any information since that time.  I have emailed to inquire, and received this response on July 19, 2018.

I have email once again without response, and the company phone number in the email is not in service.  I found out about this company via a national news story featuring the owner of the "new and innovative" experience.  They continue to offer services online.  I can purchase another hair anaylis kit if I'd like, so they are still there.  I don't know of anyone elses experience, but to me, this feels like a huge scam.  Buyer Beware!!
