Mybillingservices, Inc Not Sure Voice Mail Monthly Service Fee Scam/Crime Internet

MYBILLINGSERVICES, INC. is deceiving, fraudulent, and systematically stealing money from consumers by submitting consumer email addresses to AT&T Telecommunications for monthly billing of $8.23 for a Voice mail delivery service ported your email address that was never ordered, signed for, or requested by the consumer. This is an illegal and highly deceptive practice that needs to stop, and the board members of these corporations need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I have just turned over my phone records to the Georgia State Attorney Generals office, Fox 5 News, and Clark Howard. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission about these practices as well. Background: My wife and I have never been to MYBILLINGSERVICES, INC. web site, or ordered their services, yet I am being charged an $8.43 setup fee (non-refundable), and a monthly service fee of $8.23 for a service they activated through AT&T Telecommunications without my consent or knowledge. I also feel AT&T Telecommunications should share in the responsibility of this scam/crime for not calling and confirming with the Authorized Account Owner that this was being charged to my account. I demanded proof of authorization from AT&T Telecommunications, and they gave me the IP address of my Internet Service Provider (guess who) Bellsouth which was purchased by AT&T Telecommunications several months before this charge started showing up on my statements. I called AT&T Telecommunications and they have offered to refund the monthly service charges, blocked the account, and note that this was a fraudulent request. They would not refund the "One Time Set-Up Fee". Now I am really mad, not because of $8.43 not being refunded, I am mad because this corporation (MYBILLINGSERVICES, INC) and (AT&T Telecommunications) conspired and lied about my wife ordering a service for my (business account) that she is not even authorized to be on. I am the only authorized owner of that account. NO ONE ELSE IS AUTHORIZED ON THAT ACCOUNT. I want to take it one step further. I demand compensation for the "Non-Refundable Set-Up Charge", and the "Monthly Service Fee", lost income from "interest accrual", my professional time at $250.00hr and my utility costs (telecommunication costs) used to recover these fees, and (Federal and State taxes) charged on the fees collected from my account. I also want the people from MYBILLINGSERVICES, INC. and AT&T Telecommunications that are responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of this scam to be prosecuted in State and Federal courts. If this was you or me taking money from someone, we would be prosecuted for theft by taking, forced to pay restitution to the courts for the victims of the crimes and ordered to pay all court costs and/or serve time in State or Federal custody. I am only one innocent victim, but there must be thousands of people that this is happening to right now that are unaware this is going on. That would put the companies involved in this scam MYBILLINGSERVICES, INC. and AT&T Telecommunications in a "grand theft" category that could carry serious Federal and State prison time. I have been looking on line for others, and have found multiple complaints and reports filed against MYBILLINGSERVICES, INC., for this scam but I don't think these people realize that AT&T Telecommunications is also responsible, and that AT&T Telecommunications may even have some sort of controlling interest in MYBILLINGSERVICES, INC., or their subsidiaries. I have been looking for corporate records, but so far everything is well hidden from public view. What is the difference between this type of scam/crime, and the pyramid investment scam Bernie Madoff pulled against thousands of money market investors amounting to millions of dollars being stolen from investors?
