I contacted Mycomputerworks.com on Tuesday night, 08/28/2012 and talked to a man by the name of Adrian. At the time of the initial contact, Adrian did not quote me a rate or price of service to fix my computer. All he did was take my debit card number and told me that a tech would be sent to my house on Wednesday, 08/29/2012. The tech came and did a wonderful job, but when I went to my online bank, this company charged me a total of $779.95.
I called the company and spoke with the billing person and she said the rate was $159.95 an hour. I told her I was not told that by Adrian and if I had known that I would not have used their service. I got the run around at the company when I called them. I feel ripped off and very upset. DO NOT USE THEM. I am in the process of calling my attorney to handle this situation. This is totally a bad way of doing business.
