Mine is the same story as everyone elses. I ordered the FREE sample of this diet patch and was charged $169.95 - back in AUGUST! That is how long I have been trying to get my money back. They sent me the product, I sent it back. They promised a refund and I got nothing. I have sent well over 30 emails. They've always responded rather quickly with the same lies. "It's on its way, 10 - 15 days, it should be there, I can't understand why the money is not showing up, we will send you a check, oh we sent it to the wrong address, etc." I have even managed to get through to actual people on the phone from which I was given the same lies.

I've filed a report with the BBB, I have filed a dispute with my Visa card and I am trying to get my local CBS affiliate to conduct an investigation. Everything is currently pending.

I am not giving up. This is wrong in every sense of the word. Every liar that works for this "company" should be locked away.
