Camcorder battery, 28.49, ordered 26th November on mydv website. Immediate confirmation of order by email, order id #17500. After 3 weeks, tried email and telephone contact, but no response.

Contacted credit card company 24th December, but the sum had already been deducted from account - awaiting their claim form so that they may reclaim cost from mydv bank.
