MyFamilyMobile Fraud; Very bad service; Customer Service a desaster, ; inefficient personnel El Dorado Hills Nationwide

On October 20, 2015 my husband and I went to Walmart to check into their Mobile Phone network.  We were told the first phone on the family plan would cost $35.00 and the second phone $25.00.  The service was terrible, many times I would try to call someone important and it would say "try again later, all circuits are busy".

This happened a lot and I had trouble getting anything done. 

My husband went Walmart to pay the bill on Nov 17, 2015.  We had 2 bills, for $52.37 each. = $104.74.

He asked that upon paying these bills that our account be cancelled and both  phone numbers released as we were going to another network because of the poor service.

On 12/22 I received another bill for $32.83.  Again I called their customer service and explained the survice was supposed to have been discontinued on 11/17/15.  Many phone calls later, each with a different person, we ere told that if we paid another $17.83 our bill would be paid in full and we would get no more bills.

Instead they reinstated the service again.  I now have service with Verison, and I am still getting a bill for $44.24 from My Family Mobile.

Another thing, if you pay the bill at Walmart, which they suggest you do, it cost extra just to pay your bill????  The employees at Walmart who handle the bill paying don't seem to know what they are doing.

The serviceis terrible, They lied about the cost of both phones, and customer service is inadequate to say the least.  I would advise anyone to stear clear of MY Family Mobile.
