myfamilymobile I closed my account with familymobile shortly after I canged over to t-mobile and was told that I would recieve a credit because I had just payed my bill just to find out after I went through trying to find the credit request email address to calling them back and telling me that I owe them wen it is thy who owe me. They are impossible to get to talk wioth a person and wen u do thy all say different answers. I was told I was to get a refund then thy push me in circles just to telll me later that I owe them for the month I had payed for. and that thy had credited my account for 11.00 and I than owe them 30 some dollars. So in a blink of a eye I was told I would recieve a credit to I owe them. I have had 4 different persons tell me 4 different things.Thy hide behind there atomated system and no one that works there knows what is going on Internet
myfamily mobile hides behide the atomated system and wen u findly get a person no one knows what is going on so u get a different answer by each different person I had 2 people tell me that I was to recieve credit wen I changed companys and keeped my number cause I did this right after I had payed my bill with them. Now I go to check on what credit I'm to recieve and the 1st person tell me I have to file a email to there credit request department witch is impossible to get the address. Then I call back cause I just can't get the address to be told I was credited 11.00 and owed them 30.00 for the month I had payed. I have talked with 4 different persons at this company 3 told me I was to get a credit and now this one tells me I owe for the month I payed be4 I changed companys. I have payed that bill. So thy have no idea what the left is doing to the right. Plus thy are impossible to get ahold of and only interested in how to get money and not be very gud with there service. I do not owe them a thing thy owe me and that is what I was told by 3 people. Now the 4th says different. this is bull.
