To whom this may concern, I'm sending this letter in regard to the type of treatment the company is providing to there customers. The date as of march 16 i purched three t-mobile phones, a week after i called in to change my account do to family matters around march 16,2013. So about a week after that i was informed the phone was reactivated. the date they claimed it was was on april 3,2013 ok so when i found out that it was reactivated a few days later I informed the customer service person what was going on and I need to know what to do so this wouln't happen again. the exact date i dont remember but around the 7th of april. ok so the information giving to me to make sure no one can go into my accout was to give a pass code mind you i informed of what the problem was and this was supposed to solve the problem. so all of april all i knew was the phone was no longer on and i paid my bill on april 21 not aware it was on. so I get a text message today may 6,2013 stating that i owe a amount of $126 I was in shock because last month it was cheeper and i have a plan unlimited everything. so I call in informing what had happen. wow It was'nt very plesent at all. I felt discriminated againsted, abanded and ignored. I explained to custormer services what had happend they told me it was my fault because the person that changed my account was my daughter. well I explained to them how is that possible when I called in the previous month to in form them not to let her change anything and gave a password and diffrent dates were giving to me telling me when I called and when she called the phone call was out of hand so I wanted to speak to a supervisor. so I spoke with a floor supervioser no help so I spoke with floor manager the only one there this day by the name of david. as soon as he got on the phone he informed me of not being companies fault I need to inform my daughter of the problem very rude trying to tell me when i didnt call in and there was nothing they could do. so at the end of our not understanding I askd for a number or something to contact someone regarding this so it wont happen anymore well he disconnected my account very rude hung up on me after the dispute, so I called back and at this time I was very angry I asked to speek to a woman so I was transfered to a lady I asked questions about my account she reactivated my phone and gave me the email so I can report this thank you to her. now at this pont im filing a complaint aganist these company/people that treated me like trash. also I feel the amout of me bill is not right because I did my part of informing i no longer want that number active. would u plse look into this because at this time im looking forward to court for being wrongfully accused and also everything else that happent this day. if any furture info needed please contact me anytime e-mail or phone thank you.
