Back in October 2012, I ordered a driving record and supposedly payed a one time fee. The following month I was charged again. I contacted the company (www.myfreeplan.com) and was informed that 'somehow' I opted for a monthly service. Don't know how this happened, but fair enough, I cancelled my account.
Next comes December (2012) and got charged again. I call the company and they guarantee they closed my account and would get a refund.
This January...guess what? Got charged *again*. I call them *again* to close my account and they guarantee they will close my account and issue a full refund.
At this point, I am considering just closing my bank account. I don't understand how companies like these are allowed to function and plain out steal money from consumers.
