 Got this card as a gift a few months ago. Three to be exact. Tired to activate it and it was a no go. The number on the front of the card wasn't the right one, so after searching for a couple of hours, finally found one. Called but there were no instructions on how to get to customer service, so I stayed on the line and listened to the automated voice without entering the numbers that it prompted me to put in. Finally got an agent. Explained my issue to the guy on the other end and was told that the card I had just received was no longer in their system. Apparently, you have to use the card within 90 days of purchase. I had no idea how long it had been since the person who had given it to me had purchased it, but just the same I could not use the card. There's a lot of FINE PRINT with this company. Seems to be they're set up to rip people off. I even asked about the expiration date and was told that that was for the merchant only, not the cardholder. Needless to say, I informed the person who had given the card to me to let them know to never buy gift cards from this company again. Total ripoff!!!!
