My husband contacted mygrants.us to get help get a new home. He was going off what people said on the website. He was contacted by a man named Jon about getting an application filled out. Paid the company $100 to send the correct forms out was told that it would be 8-10 days before the forms reached us. It has been 9 weeks and still no forms. If you try to reach someone it is all automated and you can not get a live person. We were finally contacted by email by someone named Muhammad and told that they were sorry that it has taken so long and that we would be update on the status of our account within 48 hours. A week almost two has gone by no update. I tried to post on their website about what is going on with our situation only to have the comment not get posted as they do not post the comments until someone has checked them. I would just like to get our money back, but it does not look like this will happen. Please be careful if you try using this company.
