myhabit.com amazon.com Poor packaging, refused to replace damaged parts Internet
Ordered a chandelier from myhabit.com, arrived with broken parts due to poor packaging. The company promised to order replacement parts from manufacture but it took forever. Finally I received an email from amazon (the parent company of myhabit.com) saying they are not going to do anything about it. This is a ripoff. Amazon used to be good, but now it has made enough money and does not care about customer any more.
