I attempted to get an obituary report for an old friend. After searching the records Myinfo1 reported information was available for $1. No report was ever able to be retrieved. I attempted to contacted them via live chat and also via their 800 number, and was informed that no refund was available for this service. In addition I was charged $19.99 + the $1 for the report. I will be contesting this charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware.
