Mynetstorage Do not honour 30 day pay back guarrante and keep charging the service CAlifornia Nationwide

I signed up for the 30 day money back guarrante trial service. The service did not work under my firewall. The user support did not help with anything. Only redirected to their FAQ.
I cancelled the service and they did not gave the money back and also charged an extra service period.
So when you sign for a 30 day trial, you will at least pay 60 days.

I feel like need to respond to this. I came accross it by accident. I have been a customer of mynetstorage.com for more than 3 years and have never had a problem with them. support has been great, they always return my calls and emails. they have never promised anything they did not deliver.
