Mypaysystems.com, Superstore-electronics.com ripoff Montreal, Quebec Quebec

In February we purchased electronics from www.superstore-electronics.com for over $1100 and the payment went through mypaysystems.com. But the products were never delivered and the order was cancelled. We received an e-mail from superstore-electronics stating, that they are placing a refund.

But we did not received any money back. Superstore-electronics.com has not responded to any of my numerous e-mails since that.

Since April I have already placed 3 requests for refund at the website of maypaysystem.com directly, but after 3 business days they have always been deleted. And mypaysystem.com is not responding to e-mails either.

I have already contacted the Consumer Protection Unit at the Wyoming Attorney General's Office because superstore-electronics.com is seated in Wzoming. The Special Assistant Attorney General tried to confront them personally, but at their address there is only a business office that accepts papers for companies and the phone number on their website is in Alberta, Canada and that according to the Special Assistant is ususally a sign of dishonesty.

So superstore-electronics.com together with mypaysystems.com ripped us off of over $1100.
