myPCBackup.com Stops working in less than three months. No response to email request for help. Internet
I bought a two year subscription to myPCBackup on May 5th. I was disappointed at the LOONNNGGG time it took to back up, but I persisted. I used 214 GB of my 250 GB of capacity and then revised what I wanted to save to stay below the 250 GB. Once I did that the program effectively stopped working. It "paused" within a second or two when I started it and kept pausing that quickly every time I clicked "Resume". I twice submitted a request for help but after waiting a week have received no response.
