Ordered phone case and charger for cell phone. October 17, 2017. Money was taken. Email from company verified it would be shipped soon and I would receive a Tracking number. After 4 days no word. Then I received a text 5 days later with a UPS tracking number. I clicked on link in text and the supposed UPS page said Lable created awaiting product! That information hasn't changed in a week and a half. I have emailed company 4 times, no response. I have texted, no response. I have called, just rings. My order wasn't a huge sum of money, thankfully, but with all the complaints experiencing the exact same problem as me, it most likely adds up to a lot!

I wanted to update that I received a text telling me to expect my order Oct 28, Sat. A day after I filed this complaint. As promised, I did get it Sat. I feel if company would answer customers concerns, or perhaps let us low it could take a week before they even shop item, they wouldn't have so many complaints against them. I guess I am a lucky customer who got product, others are not. I still will not be purchasing anything else from them in future.
