MyRatePlan - InPhonic - LG Phone ripoff Car Charger MyRatePlan REFUSES Take Back or Exchange Incompatible LG Charger!! Internet

I bought an LG phone and the accompanying accessories kit from MyRatePlan.com.

The accessories--THE CAR CHARGER--is INCOMPATIBLE, i.e. it DOES NOT FIT the phone, and MyRatePlan/Inphonics REFUSES to take it back or exchange it!
I've spoken to three customer service reps, including a supervisor, spent over 45 minutes on hold, then had to call back a second time when the first manager HUNG UP on me instead of transferring me to a supervisor.

In the end, all the supervisor came up with, is that I would have to complain to LG. However, he REFUSED to give me any contact name or information at InPhonic or LG--saying it was "against company information" to give out any contact info!

WARNING: they are still selling this accessory kit with LG phones! Athough they clearly know that they are INCOMPATIBLE.

DON'T buy them from Myrateplan.com
--if you absolutely have to have an LG, go to a physical store and make sure the CHARGER is compatible! This one had a completely different plug. Check out EACH component in the multi-accessory package--the headsets are compatible, the car chargers are NOT--in the same bubble-pack unit!

The Inphonic/myrateplan "customer service" is beyond terrible--I would NEVER buy anything from them again--and no, the savings ISN'T worth it. I will also never buy an LG phone again--even if the phones are good, the customer service is TERRIBLE.
