I used Judge ("Mickey") Greenberg as an arbitrator in an employment discrimination case. Horrible experience.  The worst arbitrator I have ever used.  This guy bent over backwards to give the case to the employer that discriminated against a hard working employee that merely asked for time off to treat for a disabling condition- then terminated when she could not keep up with her full time job duties.  Judge Greenberg was shameless.
