 I signed up for their only $1 for 14 day trial. Before 2 weeks had passed I was charged 49.61 . when I called to cancel they Saud I must have signed up for the same service previously and that'd why I was being charged. Even though I had the welcome letter with the date showing it hadn't been 2 was yet. Didn't matter. If I had signed up twice I would have 2 welcome letters wouldn't I. They couldn't refund my whole amt but would give back the 1$ and I'd have the site to use for free the next month. Ummm. How is that free when I've pd 49.61 for it. She said they could cancel the free month credit access but I'd still be charged. I asked her what happens at end if month. She said as long as I called back before the end of the FREE trial they were offering me I wouldn't be charged again. I was like Seriously. Do you think people are that stupid. I was being facetious.but she answered " people really appreciate getting that free month and often stay in longer after seeing everything the credit site can do for them ." I can't believe people could be that stupid. I said I wanted to cancel and she tool st least another 5-7 minutes trying to keep me on. Offering more free months. Etc. I kept saying no then I finally got rude and yelled st her to cancel my membership now or transfer me to a supervisor. She finally cancelled it then said I hope you have a nice day . Is there anything more I can do for you before signing off? Seriously :/
