51 employees of MySearchSEO were scammed out of two weeks pay on May 1, 2010 by Nick Kohlschreiber, Drew Lambert and Nick's Dad, Ed Kohlschreiber.  On Friday, we were instructed to come in on Saturday to pick up our checks between 8am-8:30am.

At 5:30am one employee received a text from Drew Lambert stating: "MySearchSEO has folded and is no longer in business."

All 51 employees arrived to find the locks changed and ALL the equipment, computers, filing cabinets GONE. All private cell phone services were canceled immediately so no one could contact Nick, or Drew to inquire about our checks.

Ed Kohlschreiber, the Ponzi scheme Master Mind never answered his phone.  All messages went to voicemail.  On Saturday, Ed is calling employees and making harassing and seriously threatening demands as a scare tactic.  His reputation precedes him in this area. No wonder Chase bank shut down his line of credit.

51 employees are without Rent money and devasted by this negligent turn of events and lack of professional business savvy on the part of actions and threats made by Nick Kohlschreiber, Ed Kohlschreiber and Drew Lambert.

A class action lawsuit is underway involving all 51 employees scammed out of pay.

BEWARE: They are running an ad on craigslist now for sales personnel to start a new SEP Search Engine Placement company in Los Angeles.

CANCEL your credit cards NOW if you gave your information to MySearchSEO Huntington Beach or Irvine, CA under the primace that you would be placed on the front page of Google. They are taking your money and not rendering services.  This Is Fraud in the First Degree!

IRS, FTC and Attorney General are now actively pursuing litigation.

We want Justice and will stop at nothing to see these men behind bars to pay for their serious business mistakes and the undermining of 51 loyal employees.

I think that these complaints are the work of Christina Bodnar; a former bookkeeper. Christina is the type of employee that has many personal problems that affect her job performance, and is proned to slandering employers online if they fire her.

#1 UPDATE Employee

My Search SEO takes care of Employees

AUTHOR: nickkohl24 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, September 11, 2011

I have worked for My Search SEO for about 10 months now. I have never had an issue with receiving pay. I know that there were a group of five representatives that were fired for misrepresentation of the company and decided to slander the owners online. Unfortunately these days anyone can write a negative comment about an indvual and destroy there reputation. All I care about is getting paid for what I do and so far that has worked out great. As a matter of fact, I have had some bad weeks of sales and My Search SEO has fronted me money in order to pay bills. Im not sure how many companies  would do that. Anyway when you are as large of a company as My Search has become, I guess you will always have unsatisfied employees. Enjoy my Job, coworkers(for the most part), and applaud the foundation and core values of My Search SEO.
