I originally placed an order with this company over a year ago and they stated they could not process my small claim as the defendant in which I was suing, lived out of state. In February of this year, Mr Mike Smith (Simonian) contacted myself asking If I was still pursuing this claim. I stated to him that someone from his company stated I could not because the defendant lived out of the state of California. He told me this was not true and then I proceeded to place another order for the same claim for $195.00. Paperwork was filed but they processed to defendant, an incorrect address not provided by myself. My court date was April 11th 2011, and the serving was late and not under the 20 days for out of state filing. I then called Mr. Simonian back and he stated to get a continuance and they would serve the defendant before the 20 days required. I got another court date for May 11th 2011. I then paid an additional 150.00 for out of state process server through My Small Claim. During this whole process they never updated me or kept me informed. I always had to contact their office to check on the serving of my claim daily. They always responded they did not know and they could not provide me with the company they were using to process serve.
This lead me to believe I was being scammed as they could not provide proof when I requested. My second court date of May 11th 2011 was dismissed due to this companies negligence and fraudulent activities.
They have caused me to waste much time on this issue.
