I ordered an item from this company in early January 08. It has been over a month now, and I still haven't received my order. I actually waited 2 weeks before TRYING to correspond about my order. I emailed one after another, asking about the status of my order, with no answer. I called the phone number on the site, and just got an answering machine, without being able to leave a messsage. I shot off another email asking for my money to be returned, and lo and behold, I got an answer. The Mystical Lady just happened to have to have emergency surgery. She wrote that she would get my order out in a few days. Okay, great. I waited another week. No order received.

I started the inquiry emails again. No answer for another week. I then wrote and told her I thought she was an irresponsible business and I was going to complain in any venue I could find. Guess what? I got another answer. Now, her grandmother has had a stroke. What's next? The dog ate my order?

Lo and behold again, coincidentally she just had sent out my order that very morning. I again waited another week. No package. Shot off another email or two. She writes back finally and says she can't understand why I haven't recieved my order. However, her husband went and picked up their mail, and there was a package. Perhaps it was my order and it had been returned for some reason. Was my address correct? Yes it is I wrote back. Well, when my husband gets home, I will see if it is your package and let you know, shes writes. Its been five days and several emails later. No order and no answer from this Mystical Lady.

BEWARE of this Mystical Lady. She is a irresponsible business person, if she is a business at all.
