Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

This is a survey company who gives out reward points for your time and opinion when you complete their surveys, however, they have recently changed their ways of doing so. Before you would know ahead of time how many points a survey was worth and approximately how much time it would take to complete. Now you must complete the survey before you know it's reward point value. Also previously you could redeem your reward points full value for a check in the mail. That is no longer an option. Now you are given the choice of merchandise, gift cards, paypal credit etc at a lose of 100 to 150 points per purchase depending on the item you choose. 

My first points redemption under this new system was for a PayPal credit that would take anyway from 10-13 days to receive but it has been 19 days and still no credit. I have emailed them inquiring but have heard nothing yet.

For those who are thinking about joining an online survey website I would recommend you do your research first before investing your valuable time and opinion.

I am a long time member of MySurvey.
In fact, it goes back to the 80's- pre-computer days and snail mail!

The surveys say how many points they're worth before you opt to take them. I don't know why you're not able to see that option.
I have never once had a problem getting paid, or getting points.

I'm sorry you've had issues, and I sincerely hope you are able to resolve this.

Victum of the, "My, Scam!

The users of My are offering; FREE Stuff. The purchasers, only have to pay the shipping. Then they add to their web page, after you have ordered the Free Stuff. If you don't return the stuff within 14 days . You get charged Full Retail Price. Amounting to +$100,00 or more.

This information would have been helpful at the time I redeemed my points. Then I wouldn't have sent an unnecessary email to the wrong people and wasted both our time. Maybe it's deliberate on their part who knows. Now I wait and see how long it takes "Perks" to handle this. 


Thanks for your email. It can take 10 to 13 business days, not including
weekends or holidays, for your redemption to be transferred to your PayPal
account. If it has been longer than 13 days you will need to contact Perks
regarding your redemption. Please be aware that all point redemption issues
should be sent to Perks, the company that handles all of our prizes.

You can send your issue to them by doing the following:

Sign in at our website:
click on the Rewards link at the top of the page
click on Select Your Reward on the left hand side of the screen in the
this will take you to the Perks Redemption Page
click on the FAQs/Customer Service link at the top of the page
From here you will need to click directly on "Can't find the answer to
your question in the FAQs below? Click here to contact us."
This page has a Contact Form that sends your issue straight to Perks

Please fill out the form and click on submit. You will then want to check
back on that screen in around 24 to 48 hours as the response will be sent
to that screen and it will show under Your Inquires.

Perks handles all of our prize redemptions and sending your issue directly
to them is much faster and more effective than sending your issue to us.
They can also cancel orders and return your points back to you. Please note
that they cannot help you with survey related issues.
