MYTELEBILL Excessive Monthly Service Charges - Not requested, Not performed, Impossible to Cancel. Gilbert Arizona

Found a mysterious charge on my AT&T bill. MyTelebill, LLC is charging me $9.95 for a voice mail service I never requested, and they never informed me I was receiving. AT&T claims there is nothing they can do about the charge, other than pass it on to me. They cannot see the charge, they know nothing about the charge, and they cannot remove the charge. AT&T gave me a phone number to call, which led to another phone number, which led to NO customer service, just a promise to call back promptly. A search of the MyTelebill, LLC web site, provides another phone contact number, which leads to second phone number, which leads to yet another phone number, which led to NO customer service, just a promise to call back promptly. Many hours of frustration later with NO information, apparently NO service (I don't have a voice mail to e-mail service), and a $9.95 monthly bill, I must assume this is a RIPOFF.
