I google a usa address forwarding to united-kingdom,myus.com show up, i register with them on 8/12/12 with my credit card they withdrawn $10 on the same day. On their website they stated the courier they use i.e usps,dhl and fedex. they stated that i should choose my preference from the three and i choose usps.i posted it to their live chat their staff named sing replield by saying they don't use usps as a courier at all,that they only use dhl and fedex only because usps is too much expensive than dhl and fedex,i told the staff that usps is less expensive that is on their web site. I'm tired i will discuss the rest on the phone. Thank you.

Money Refunded and Customer Made False Statements

Customer registered for account on Sunday, Aug.12 2012.  Customer contracted our Live Chat same day and asked us to switch his shipping preference to USPS which we did.   Customer then asked to ship USPS Flat Rate which is not a USPS product we offer.  We repeatedly tried to explain to customer that we only ship USPS Express Mail and USPS Priority
Mail.  Customer then informed us he is a former USPS employee and demanded that we add this product and change our shipping rates which are clearly stated on our website and in our registration.  We explained that we simply dont
offer that product to which customer became belligerent an continued to argue with our customer service representative.  We then canceled customers account at his request and immediately refunded his membership fees.  We have copies of our Live Chat sessions and email correspondance available  to show that customer was treated failly and money refunded immediately  and account was canceled.
