SELLS ECIGS TO MINORS!
MyVaporStore.com does not do any checking on the correct age of the person they are selling their product. There is a no return policy and NO PHONE to reach them. They sell there product for $200. It's huge contraption. No legal age adult would purchase this product.
My minor child put in a fake name and had the product sent to a friends house. So no verification required. She used a visa gift card to purchase the product.
This company is preys on minor children. It should be shut down! If you want to smoke an ecig you will go to a local store and buy one for $30 if you are over the age of 18.

Honestly, I do not know what that lady was talking about. She should pay more attention to her child. Anyways there is a verification process and the store is on point. Lady, you are so misinformed if you go buy any vape device to a local shop you will pay double the price. This is one of my favorite shops as I am in NY, shipping is quick and the prices are sweet. Please Do not let bad reviews mislead you. You will not be disappointed.

I'm not sure what this person is talking about. To be honest they don't sound like that great a parent based on their refusal to admit their child is the scammer in this situation. But I digress, this rebuttal is more about the claim of poor custoner service.
I've been doing business as a legal adult for more than 3 years now and have nothing but the best customer service possible. Myvaporstore is exceptionally responsive to any contact attempts I've ever made and sell a wide range of products, not just some imagined $200 item as this person claims.
I've contacted them on a number of occasions for different order issues and never waited more then a few hours for a favorable repossession. On top of that they have even gone above and beyond for me and gotten out of warranty devices repaired or replacedo for me.
I say all of this as a proud vapor product user who quit smoking thanks to there help and a parent myself. I am in no way associated with this company otherwise, but hate to see such great people being slandered like this.
