Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I discovered charges on my local phone bill for "voice mail" services and it was billed through ESBI. After contacting them, the customer service (& I use that term lightly) said I had signed up for this service on line & had given my e-mail and my mother's maiden name. They had this information correct and I am very concerned since they had to have been monitoring me on line at work and copied my information. I have put a block on my phone, however I am going to now request a credit report.

ESBI is a fraud

ESBI also tells me that I authorized them to put charges on my phone bill via a website called myvoicemailprize.com - I tried to pull up that website and no luck (surprise!).....I never authorized them to charge me for anything - they are running some kind of scam. I reported them to the FCC as well as all my congressmen. I was told by Verizon that the reason Verizon bills these 3rd party charges is that FEDERAL LAW requires they do so......GOOD GOING GOVERNMENT - way to help the hardworking American people just one more time get their hard earned money STOLEN from them......this law needs to be changed.....and ESBI NEEDS TO BE STOPPED...they are crooks and stealing from people with their scam.
