NACS Credit Services aka PNC credit ripoff ST. Pete Florida

The National Association Credit Service is trying to rip me off by offering me an credit card with a limit of $2,500. Then they tell me that I will be receiving a packet with 2 $100.00 voulchers to use for my payments when I charge anything instead of cash or check.

This credit card has an 6.9% rate which can only be used to order merchandise out of an catalog to find out later. I tried to reach the NACS on several attempts. After the 30th time tcalling I finally got through to an agent to inform them that I didn't want this card he told me that I had to call back in a couple of days because I wasn't in the computer yet. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and he replied "for what".

I asked him again to let me speak to his superior officer and he hung up the phone on me. I tried to call back again and I haven't gotten through to them as of now. This company has my bank account number to withdraw $200.00 dollars out of and I don't want my money given to this company for this scam card service.

I notified my bank and they told me that this company has to stop the payment process, but how if this is a scam and you can't get through to speak with an superior concerning the matter with this company? This is a scam to get rich off by the National Association Credit Service.
