same as previous complaints, magazines were still being delivered to my old address, it's been 6 months since i've notified them of my address change. i also wanted to change magazines (some of them horribly poor quality), and the woman over the phone told me she would send me a list of magazines that they provided. that was a year ago, i think she must have died.
