We, too, have been ripped off totally by these high pressure scammers. We started off being offered audit defense in case we were ever audited by the IRS. This cost about $850 for two years. Then they started with the high pressure calls, hounding us to buy a Mall for All. Even when we said yes, we still got HIGH pressure calls about why we weren't going to do it. We finally paid for the first mall, $2,495. We did our taxes ourselves that year with instructions from their tax prep department. They said they would go over our previous year's return, too, but said I did such a good job that there were no additional write-offs.

We heard nothing from them for months....until they started with the HIGH pressure calls again. Every day, four and five times a day, they would call and try to sell us something from a five-year audit defense contract, to a marketing program for our mall.

We were suckered in to buying another mall earlier this year for $2,495, and then told that we needed to buy this awesome "hit generator" which would really make this mall a valid income stream, which we really wanted. So we invested another $2,200 in the hit generator, which is nothing but a bunch of bogus "hits". The hit count goes up every day even though the day is finished. We were suspicious right away, but nothing we could do at that point. I actually bought something off the website mall a month ago, but it has yet to show up as a sale. Trying to email the support gets you an underliverable address, so we're just out of luck, I guess

I got the paperwork for the second mall, but am not sending it in, even though we got an email saying we had to send it in right away. We clicked off our balance on our first mall, but they say there is still 2,500 owed on the balance.

Now we're afraid the IRS is going to audit us and we will be made to pay thousands more than we already have. This is just not fair to the hardworking people out there who really thought they were on the up and up.

I had a call two weeks ago from another one of those guys trying to sell me another hit generator package. I told him the DOJ had said they were a scam and to leave us alone. He hung up on me and I haven't heard another thing since.

We have been scammed to the tune of almost $8,000. We are just ordinary people and this is ALOT of money!! We're kicking ourselves because there's no way we're going to get our money back.

I would be very interested in filing a class action suit, although I don't know if it would be worth our time.

Thanks for listening,

Sarah
