We too were scammed by these incredibly unethical lying scam artists. I have only one question: if they are so concerned with customer satisfaction how come no one gets refunds???

Here is a long and incredibly frustrating log of our interactions with these con-artists:

12/16/02 spoke with Michelle and verbally agreed to tax planning including 4 years of client services, 3 years of tax preparation, and review of 99 01 filings for $1412.95. To this date, I still have not received or signed anything in writing regarding this agreement.

12/17/02 spoke with Marc Hatcher (702-326-1657) who claimed he was a senior director and agreed to setting up a home business through the www.mallforall.com website with the guarantee that after I receive all the info in the mail, I have a 30 full refund guarantee so I had nothing to lose. The cost was $2495 for client service fees and two year audit protection

12/17/02 spoke with Brian Gottman (877-623-6463 X1171), an advanced services tax strategist who claimed that he was my point of contact and charged $4490 for the LLC start-up and explanation on how to run a corportation. He claimed that Marc was new and may have missed charging me for everything, but assured me that hed be my single point of contact from here on outThen, he suggested I mail my 99- 01 tax info to NADN so they can begin reviewing my back taxes.

I did mail our tax info on 12/17, but heard nothing back from NADN. And, I have yet to receive anything in writing regarding their service agreements. They recorded my voice over the phone stating that I agree to take the withdrawals listed above. With each recording, however, I said that I agree on the condition that I see this all on writing.

12/23/02 spoke with Shane in customer service requesting that our membership be cancelled. He provided me with fax number 702-877-5570 and suggested I reference our account number and request cancellation.

12/23/02 we faxed a cancellation request

12/26 spoke with ??? as we were leaving town on vacation who claimed that as long as we faxed in a statement saying that wed like our membership cancelled, thats all we needed to do. She said wed receive a call from client resolutions and be asked to return any material if we received anything, which should be the next step.

1/9/03 faxed a second memo to NADN b/c ??? claimed we werent specific enough in our memo and needed to reference the cancellation of the LLC1 and TB3K

1/13/03 received a partial refund of $2495

1/15/03 spoke with Sedrick at 877-469-3477. He confirmed receipt of memo and confirmed client services will be issuing a refund.

1/20/03 spoke with Rosemary in special services. she left message for customer service to return my call no call back

1/21/03 - spoke with Rosemary in special services. she left message for customer service to return my call

1/21/03 Melissa with customer service returned my call. Received our letter on 1/14/03. Waiting for return call from client resolutions dept who approve the refund. She assured me that were covered under the 30 day cancellation clause since they did receive our cancellation in writing before 30 days.

1/22/03 spoke with Adam in customer service who said hed leave a message for someone in client resolutions to return our call

1/22/03 Mike spoke with customer service and demanded a supervisor no response

1/23/03 Emme in customer service, client resolutions does not receiving incoming calls. Forwarded message to client resolutions to call us back again.
End of Jan received an airborne express package from NADN (we werent home)

1/24 filed complaint with BBB on Nevada online

2/12/03 my attorney, Mike Allen, advised me to open the package

2/13/03 spoke with Melissa to request a return authorization number and she stated that their notes state that someone spoke with an Anthony from client resolutions on 1/28 stating that weve agreed to keep our account active. I assured her that no such conversation occurred and that we are continuing to state our position that we want a full refund and do not wish to engage in business with NADN. I asked if I should return the material and she stated that someone will be calling me within 72 hours and I should ask them.

2/13/03 mailed a complaint to the State of Nevada Office of the Attorney General

2/13/03 called BBB to follow up on my complaint. Adalina said their systems were down the day I filed in Jan; so, I needed to resubmit my complaint. I re-filed a complaint with the BBB in Nevada via their online site

2/17/03 PrePaid Legal send NADN a letter on my behalf regarding my full refund request giving them 30 days to refund my money.

2/18/03 - called BBB to confirm receipt of complaint and follow up on status.

Week of 3/3/03 received 3 calls from Evie regarding my cancellation request;

3/6 attempted to call Evie no success
3/10 left message for Evie
3/11 left message for Evie
3/12 left message for Evie
3/14 left message with client resolutions for Evie
3/17 left message with client resolutions that if I dont hear back from someone today regarding my refund that Ill press charges.
No response.

3/20 called the BBB to follow up on my complaint. BBB claimed that NADN reviewed the complaint on 3/11 but never responded; so, BBB mailed a written complaint on my behalf on 3/19 giving NADN until the first week of April to respond.

3/21 received a memo from the Bureau of Consumer Protection under the Office of the Attorney General with a questionnaire completed and mailed back

3/22 Jennifer from NADN called me back and said that a refund on our account is not available because they have a 72 hour cancellation policy which was never stated verbally or in writing or on their website. She then stated that a response letter was mailed to my attorney. When I replied that their website states a 30 day money back guarantee and I was told verbally that I had nothing to lose, since Ill receive a full refund excluding shipping if Im not satisfied within 30 days. This 72 hour window if fraudulent; moreover, how can you cancel within 72 hours if you receive NO information from them in that time to review???

Jennifer then placed me on hold and Chris Cotner spoke extremely condescending toward me. He was very arrogant; Im disgusted thinking about it! He said theres nothing I can do b/c I now own my own LLC and theyve done all the work for me (keep in mind every document they completed to set up my LLC was dated well after my cancellation notifications! Plus, nothing was ever signed by me or my husband) And, he continued to state that I missed my 72 hour courtesy cancellation window. Then, he continued to speak over me trying to sell me another service or theres nothing further he can do. Our conversation (or shall I say shouting match) just ended with me stating that he will be hearing from my lawyer.

I cannot wait for the day when I see these criminals being hauled away by the FBI or IRS.
