NAFS ripoff refusal to pay, they are going to report me as fraud Williamsville New York

Nafs has been calling for several months now. They bought things from the out of business First Consumer National credit cards collections.

I have always said this is my account, but they say I refuse to pay. No I did not refuse to pay. I refused to pay what they wanted. It blows me away. If I could not afford 60.00 a month, then how was I going to do Nafs amount of 350.00 a month.

The last phone call I got was this evening, Oct. 10, 2004 at 6:17pm, from Jennifer, she instantly gets rude and tells me to quit yelling at her and that I do this to each and everyone of there reps when they call. Now mind you all I have said at this point is "Hello". She asked for Sherri, just as if we are the best of friends, and I say speaking, she told me who she is and I replied please send me a letter. Well that was the wrong thing to do to Ms. Jennifer, my new best friend.

The bottom line is they repeatedly tell me they are going after my husband, which legally they can't, because he has nothing to do with this acct. When I asked for a address to send a payment, they said they do not do things that way and that I would have to do a check by phone. I told her no because she was not going to any personal info. about my family.

They said I also have to tell them where I am getting the money because they to document it. I said it was none of there business, especially if I make the payment. No, they said we have to know so we can put it down on file where you get this money, I said fine that I was going to sell myself for money. They did not find this funny, I said so, as long as you have to know where the money came from, then that was my answer and I am sticking to it.
