My experience is very similar to the person who originally filed a ripoff report for Nala Grace's Bows. I ordered several hairbows for my daughter on March 2nd and was fully aware that the items are handmade and could take up to four weeks for delivery. Even with this information, there would have still been plenty of time for my order to arrive before Easter. I originally sent an email to the owner of the site on March 19th asking when my order might ship and if I could have a tracking number. Here is part of the response I received on March 23rd:

"We've had more orders than normal as well, so shipping time does take a bit longer. At the VERY latest, your order will be shipped by March 31st to ensure delivery by Easter." I was fine with this information and understanding of the busy season and was eager to receive quality handmade items. Unfortunately, Easter came and went. No hairbows as promised. It is now May 7th and I STILL have not received my order.

Since my original email, I have attempted to contact the seller TWICE about canceling my order. All I get in response is the following auto reply: "Thank you for your purchase from us! Please remember that each itemis hand crafted at the time of purchase.. not mass produced. Orders are processed in the order in which they are recieved, so this does take time. Although we try to work as quickly as possible, most orders will not be shipped for about 3 weeks because of business being so busy with Easter season! We know you'll love your items when you get them! Make sure to send in photos of your little princess wearing our bows to be entered in the weekly bow giveaway! Thanks :) Nala Grace's Bows"

I'm worried that I'll never see my hairbows or my money again. I did a search of the website the other day out of curiosity and saw it listed on www.ripoffreport.com. I am very unhappy and just want my money back so I can purchase similar items from a site that has been recommended to me by other moms.

I recently filed a dispute with Paypal, but unfortunately they are of no help since the transaction was made more than 45 days ago. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company. Hopefully they can help because I'm getting nowhere through emailing the company directly.

Finally received my order

Although I asked to have my order cancelled twice (and would have preferred and appreciated that), I did finally receive my hairbows on May 14th. The original order was made on March 2nd so the amount of time it took to receive my order was unacceptable especially considering I was promised to receive my order by Easter.

I just wanted to update my report because I was not ripped off by this company. However, I won't be shopping this site again.
