I order $30 from the website back in December 2010. Ive tried reachin them via email and only got answered once sayin "Your order will ship this upcoming week! :)" its now almost May 2011 and NOTHING.. Im very upset because they dont know how to reply and give me a straight answer but they sure do know how to keep my money...

I for the fun of it thought that I would just look up this company and try to do a little research on it, here is what I found and I am sorry to post this, but the bad news is directly from nalagrace.com:NALAGRACE.COM IS OUT OF BUSINESS. This message will remain active until July 1,

2011. Orders are still being processed to go out to consumers, and we are a

contract company looking over those orders being out to each & every

customer who has ordered from back orders & current orders from December

2010-March 2011. Work is being completed as quickly as possibly, so please be

You keep telling people to contact this "Amy" person because she took care of you, but then on other posts you act as if you are the amy person and that you gave them a refund and "extra goodies".
