We start from the level of skincare go through laser treatments, injectable [treatments], non-invasive laser treatment, and surgical treatments." Patients will always be addressed with the respect during their time with Nalluri Plastic Surgery, "we sit down and take our time. We consult with them and address their needs."

Leads for Nalluri Plastic Surgery are primarily obtained through referrals from past customers. Additionally, the are well established in the Sarasota community through their convenient mall location. Their location allows for potential patients to come in and browse their services, as well ask questions. The sales process is individualized for each person that walks through the door. During the on-site interview, Dr. Nalluri was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. He expressed, "in plastic surgery oftentimes with the results we have an expectation, and in the initial consultation with the patient I make sure that I describe to them what our goals of the surgery are." He additionally explained that there is a risk with having any type of plastic surgery, " the procedures themselves have realistic risks. Some of them can have inadequate results, inadequate correction of the deformity. Some of them may require touch up procedures. Some of them sustain infections. Some of them have complications were the implants don't take or the scars form that are thicker than we like. These things, unfortunately, do happen they happen to all plastic surgeons." In order to combat these risks, Nalluri Plastic Surgery makes sure to treat their patients start to finish, "we're performing the surgery and procedures, but we're also equipped unlike many other offices to handle the complications. So if something should go wrong that patient can count on us to be there for them, and to take care of them start to finish."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Dr. Nalluri stated the following, "unfortunately that isn't a patient or client of mine at all. I was going through a divorce and my ex-spouse, Dr. Chippy Nalluri, I believe that it is through her and some disgruntled employees that subsequently left my practice during the tumultuous time of my divorce that concocted and confabulated a false report that has no factual basis." first of all, let me refer to above video and above write up. Drs. Nalluri are a long line of fraudulent doctors from Ohio. Anil's so is a fraudulent plastic surgeon from sarasota. He ruined my breast augment. I ended up having an abscess and needing two more surgeries. His staff walked out on him recently and he is in middle of a divorce. His wife is my cardiologist and he defrauded her also. Unreal charlatan. Avoid him and his fraudulent family at all costs!! His Dad trained him and you can see the above reports what a fraudulent family of doctors these people are.
