Namao Stables Bally Unprofessional, shady and in knowledgeable Sturgeon County Internet

I want to get the word out that my experience with this boarding facility was awful. 

Bally knew there was a strangles infection on site but still allowed me, he says he forgot, to bring my weanling. My baby was then quarantined for almost a month. I caught the owners (who brought the infection in with their 7 horses) using my weanlings hay. So of course he got strangles and a cut on his leg that I'm unsure where and what the cause was.

I was in constant contact with bally and brought out water and bought feed (rolled oats, foal pellets, mineral block, water) to try to alleviate the burden of the extra care for my weanling. close to the end of the month I told bally I was looking to move my baby from his place so he could have more room as the pen he was quarantined in was very small. As a growing baby I felt he should have room to self exercise.

However, most places would not accept a horse with strangles which is completely reasonable. So I asked Bally for a discount if I stayed, considering since my horse came to his facility i have had nothing but problems. He said he would deduct $50 off January's fee but told me he should be charging over $350 due to all the care new horses to his facility need. I went home and sent him a e-transfer which was rejected. 

The next day I gets text asking me to have my horse out if his facility in two days. I responded by asking him why and if my horse was hurt. I then tried calling and left a voicemail asking why and saying I would like to talk about his reasoning behind evicting us. He knew I was having no success moving my horse so I found this boot out insulting. 

He then texted me saying "as previously noted please do not move your horse by ______". 

I asked him to clarify what he meant. In the meantime another stable owner agreed to haul and take my weanling so I messaged Bally back saying I would have him out the next day. 

He responded by saying I have to quarantine my horse for x amount of days. 

In my opinion it seems like he was trying to bully me out and see if I had no choice but to leave my horse there. He had told me on different occasions he wanted my weanling and his actions just seemed suspicious. Anyway my weanling is gone and hopefully in a safer place but I wanted to warm other unsuspecting people out there about this mismanagement. 

Costs of moving my weanling to his care:

board, feed, gas driving to his place almost every night, vet bills, 

trailer to haul him away, new board. 

Thank to my choice to board my baby there I've dropped $1000 in one month. 

All of this could have been avoided had he remembered to tell me his facility had strangles.
