We opened up few domains with them for our business. We came across them on the website and decided to use them because they seem to be a bit cheap. About $99 for a year. In about two years we faced so many problems and disconnections in their service, that we had to call the customer service so many times. You can hardly reach anyone in person. And even if you did, you will be hung up.

Further more , it was a total wrong decision to host our web site with them. The web site and our e-mail would be down atleast few times every one or two weeks. They also block all forms of website forwarding , so that you will be stuck with their hosting, if you're not technical enough to understand the details. The worst thing about the e-mail is that many of the spam sites use their hosting or dns services, and we noticed that our company e-mails all went into the junk folder of other e-mail service providers and reputed companies like microsoft, cisco and so on. Their mail relay servers were blocked from other companies because of functioning as junk mail transfer hub.

As we have registered out domain for a long time, other service providers told us that we cannot transfer the domain registrar , until it completely expires.
One year, we paid for renewal and additional services using our credit card. After about 8 months or so, we noticed that on our business credit card account, we were double charged for each of the service, and reported it to them of their mistake. They repeatedly hung up on us, about 10 times or more on the same day.

We called up the credit card company and complained about this. They told us they cannot do anything as the dispute should be less than 6 months old.
Thankfully we had some of the new domains with them only for a year or so. We transferred our name servers with other good service providers .

We just want to warn any new customers to be very wary of such cheap service providers. If something seems too good to be true or too cheap, just stay away from them. We learnt it the hard way.

Do your research thoroughly and pick some top companies like yahoo or other well known service providers for your business.
