Yes this certainly looks like a vendetta post but the picture and name are publicly available.  This individual was arrested and that is the mug shot.  However the arrest is from more than 2 years ago and it simply says Battery.  The database for sexual predators does not include this person so that is certainly a lie from the initial report.

Personally I hate seeing these spamming reports on here.  I wish they could just be taken down.
