EDITOR’S COMMENT: 

Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior. 

The Report was brought to our attention and, upon review of compiled information (which will be done on a case by case basis without any obligation as resources allow), and at Ripoff Report’s sole discretion, information that did not conform to current policies and/or the identifying information relating to the individual(s) and/or business(es) named in this “Report” and any subsequent comments thereto have been editorially redacted as indicated by the following “(((REDACTED)))” or (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST)))”.

In this particular instance Ripoff Report received a very lengthy Order Striking the Defendant’s Defenses to Defamation for Fraud Upon the Court and Awarded Attorney’s Fees and Costs as a Sanction for the Defendant’s conduct.  According to the Court Order concluded “pursuant to the clear and convincing evidence presented by the Plaintiff…that Defendant…did, in fact, author the subject internet posts against [Plaintiff] and that [Defendant] paid [other Defendants] substantial sums of money, in “cash,” to assist [Defendant] in posting [Defendant’s] derogatory statements against [Plaintiff] on the internet.  This is NOT the intended use of the Ripoff Report website.

CONSUMERS:  Be kind.  Keep it honest.  Keep it fair.  Stick to the facts.  Do your research.  Keep the dirty laundry in the laundry hamper…not on Ripoff Report.

NOW TO THE EDITORIALLY REDACTED REPORT:

Ever been operated on by (((REDACTED))) on a Tuesday night or Wednesday morning? If not, don't start now. Tuesdays are group wine tastings for (((REDACTED))) and let's just say he is not at his best following these events. If you don't believe me then decide for yourself. What else would cause (((REDACTED))) to violate moral ethics and patient confidentiality by texting pictures to friends from the operating room. That's right. If you were lucky enough to be one of his patients too, there might be indencent pictures of you floating around on multipule cell phones. Maybe (((REDACTED))) gets his rocks off sending pictures. Or by sending pictures of other mens' balls he actually thought it was funny to send me a picture of some poor patients scrotom and three testicles (sick) and that poor patient with three balls who was already suffering enough. He does not deserve to be subject to (((REDACTED))) indecency and recklessness. I thought doctors were supposed to protect patient's privacy so why is (((REDACTED))) exposing people's privates without remorse? Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT expose yourself to (((REDACTED))) or his carelessness.
