Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Where to start?..... I was a manager for this company for a couple months until I saw how crooked and wrong they way they did things....So i left to a much larger and honest. not to mention better paying company and then I truly saw how much of a rip off this company is.

Rip off to the customer......They sell each customer on the common product of satellite t.v. but little does the customer know they also lock the customer into an "above and beyond" financial contract with NAN ...if you cancel early you pay the satellite provider the regular termination fee....BUT  you also have to pay NAN a fee also...this is unheard of in the honest satellite salesmans game... 

Nan also charges customers anywhere from 54$-104$ to setup service...which is also another thing the customer wouldn't normally have to do.  And on top of that at the time I worked there NAN only paid the employees anywhere from $40-125$ maximum per sale. So lets calculate 104$ from the customer and 21$ from the actual company.  Most other companies do not charge a setup out of customers pocket AND they pay their employees anywhere from 125$-250$ per setup out of their own pocket.

Basically as a manager for this company I was told to hire anyone and everyone and see who lasts....Now having an actual soul I didn't feel like telling people looking to be installers that we would make them an installer but they had to start off in sales. (as this is what Nathan the owner told me to say, even though he had no plan on making them installers)

I read a post about Don from Arizona earlier and I am sorry to hear that this hoarding band of gypsies got the best of you.  Seems to me with the owner Nathan supposedly a recovering alcoholic needs to check his steps and do you right on that.  But I wouldn't expect him to do that anymore than the Nintendo Wii and 500$ he owed me when I quit.....He just told me basically too bad you don't work here anymore.... NAN company are liars and thiefs and I truely feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with them.

 I have been in similar industries to NAN. Door to door sales is a different animal then working for $7.50 at a shoe store. It's commission only and can make some people very good money. While others may not fare as well. Sometimes the reps who can not figure out how to get sales become bitter and feel something is owed to them. And sometimes people like John feel they need to take it to the next level. Hopefully common sense will show John became a competitor of NAN and John felt he needed to slander NAN. I talked to Nathan about John, they had a disagreement John was let got. And yes due to Johns actions he forfeit the games system.
