In 2007, hired this company to troubleshoot house central air unit. The owner stated that we needed new unit after 13 years. Agreed to replacement. Owner stated he would install a Goodman brand AC and rework the air handling unit. All work initially done well.

At beginning of cooling season this year (~3 weeks ago), the compressor in the unit seized and needed replacement. Nance & Sons called due to any warranty that may apply. They replaced the compressor and stated that it was our fault that the hermetically sealed compressor seized due to excess dog hair around unit (metal casing-intruding dog hair). They replaced the compressor.

Two and a half weeks later, the replacement compressor seizes. The contractor will not return calls or even give information to have another contractor come and work it under any warranty that might apply. The one time he did speak on the phone, he stated that he was backed up for the whole week and he wouldn't be able to get to us. It was at that time he said he would get information to us for another company to replace the compressor.
