Nancy Minson LCSW AKA Nan Minson Service paid for in full, and is requesting to withdraw. Prescott Arizona

We contracted Nancy Minson LCSW in November for a case study for a uncontested step father adoption.

We paid for her service in full and she was to write a report for the adoption.

After the report, the court requested her to investigate a misdemeanors bench warrant in another state. She never did the investigation requested three months ago.

We did the footwork clearing the bench warrant, and got the biological fathers consent for adoption.

All she needs is to update her report, stating that "its in my opinion its in the best interest of the children to be adopted by the step father and that the biological father has waived his rights to the children".

I made contact with Nancy a week ago, and she informed us that she is asking to be released from the case and that she is relocating,

Its been over a year since we first filed and she has not complete what she has been paid for.

We want our money back or for her to update her report to reflect the above court requests. We would like the updated report that would take less time than answering this fraud report. If she does not complete the report we have to find another counselor and pay them for the service putting us back by months.

Stay away from this fraud. This report will be removed when its resolved to our liking. We are filing a emergency hearing with a summons for Nancy Minson and we have contacted our attorney David Miles to bring suit if this can not be resolved. This is not about money, but about ethics.
