NAS UNLIMITED DOORS, LLC. In January of 2010 they took $6,500.00 of my money with the promise of installing new doors and windows with four months, it is now September 2nd of 2011 and I am still waiting for them... MIAMI, Florida

January of 2010 I purchased 2 custom made doors and 1 custom window, I was told delivery and installation would be in April,but no later then May 2010. I paid in full $6,500.00. The doors cost $7,600.00 but because I paid in full I was given a discount.My doors were not delivered until October of 2010 but were made very very poorly, the owner Alex came to see them and  agreed that the doors were made horrible.

Now he promised he would order new ones and added a second window to try to make things right,again with a promise of a February install date. It is now September of 2011 and I am still waiting and listening to one lie after another. Now they are telling me that me doors and windows came in without impact glass and are taking them apart to change the glass. They are no longer the custom doors I ordered, I do not trust the doors and windows to be safe any longer and wish to get all of my money back so I can find an honest company to deal with. They also don't have that second window they promised me.
