Nasa Federal Credit Union NFCU NFCU POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ITS MEMBERS VIENNA, Virginia

Now they want me to get a guarantee signature for a used car loan, give me a higher interest rate for it, and then, starting Dec 2009, due to Federal regulations, change my VISA interest rate from 9 to 16 %.  They screw up their finances, lose money, refuse to give me good rates of interest so I can save money and p[ay off my loans quicker, and now want to rip me off more by jacking up my interest form 9 to 16 percent.  A look at my record over 33 years shows I've paid everything to NFCU as I should, have a secure job and retirement or two, and they view me as a bad member that should be punished by raising my interest rate.

They blame the US government for changing to variable rates, but no one told the to raise it.  Them blame credit reports from the 3 agencies - none of which I am a member of, as I have been with NFCU.  The credit reports show I have debt in many areas, owning homes and using credit cards - all of which get paid on time.  But I am a bad member to them that deserves to be punished.

NFCU has nothing but bad customer service.  They are in it to take your money any way they can, charge you as much as they can.  I try to keep my finances in order  while serving and working all over the world, in and out of was zones, but all NFCU want is more of your money while trying their best not to help out in any way.  This credit union is not worth joining.  They will do whatever it takes to screw you out of your money to make up for their poor performance.  I am dropping all business with them and will look for a financial institution that cares about their customers.
