Natalie Mannarelli self sabotaged her own business and betrayed both of her business partners by misapproating funds for her personal use resulting in the business to close due to insufficient funds.  I was one of her partners.  I was the second business partner that she had done this to.  She cleared out our business account, completely.  Initially I went into the business to help her with marketing, booking, etc.  She gained my trust as I was practicing Martial Arts under her for about a year.  Natalie is a master at manipulation.  She is a very unstable person and incredibly good at persuading people.  She has taken many “loans” from clients and has not paid them back.  She is a Karate instructor and she may be operating under an expired license.  She does not have a business license.  She claims to be a massage therapist and a “Reiki Master” but is not qualified for either of those things.  She plans on opening another Karate studio and I know for a fact that she is going to rip off another person.  Never give this women money.  Her license to teach is expired.  I was her business partner and I have all of the paperwork.  I am aware that she is doing “side jobs” while operating without a license.  She ran an eight-week long anti-bullying and self-defense seminar children with at Thomas Jefferson Middle School, 600 Lewis Ave, Waukegan, IL.  She does not have liability insurance and was paid under the table.
